Unfortunately, not every application will be successful. We get multiple applications for each dog, and only one family can adopt, so if it isn't you this time, keep an eye on our Facebook page as your new dog may be just around the corner!

User Agreement

USER AGREEMENT: By submitting this application, you agree that you understand and agree to the following:

If my application is successful,
- A property inspection will be carried out on my home before I can take a dog on trial,
- I must take the dog to any vaccinations and surgery appointments as instructed by Auckland Puppy Rescue,
- The dog will be desexed by 6 months of age. Auckland Puppy Rescue will not negotiate allowing any dog to breed or have a litter before desexing. If this is your intention, please do not apply to adopt a dog from us, as we will not make any exceptions.
- I must pay an adoption fee of $340 in full within 14 days of taking the dog on trial, and I understand that payment plans are not an option,
- I must complete and return adoption paperwork within 14 days of taking the dog on trial,
- I may be required to arrange council registration of the dog, if requested by Auckland Puppy Rescue.
