Volunteering as our Supplies Coordinator

General summary

The Supplies Coordinator organises the collection, storage and distribution of our supplies. They ensure that each fosterer has everything they need to successfully foster a puppy when they start their fostering journey, and pro-actively ensure that fosterers are well-stocked with food and supplies. They keep an up to date record of all supplies in storage and on loan, and a record of worming and flea treatments provided to each puppy.

They are also responsible for monitoring our Supplies email inbox, proactively contacting suppliers when stocks are low, responding to offers of donations and arranging collection of items.  This is an unpaid, volunteer role. Day-to-day it's not a demanding role, however we do need someone available to coordinate getting supplies to a fosterer within a matter of days when a new puppy is incoming. Best suited to someone who has space at home to store some supplies, then replenish from our Titirangi facility.
